Mfon Onodje is an accomplished business executive with over 20 years of leadership experience in logistics and supply chain management. She holds a degree in Economics from Lagos State University and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Rome Business School.
Her career is defined by a remarkable rise through the ranks — from Desk Operations to Customer Relationship Manager, and subsequently Head of the Customer Business Unit — where she delivered transformative impact on client engagement, service excellence, and revenue growth.
Mfon combines deep operational expertise with strong commercial acumen, consistently delivering results in complex, high-pressure environments. To further strengthen her capability in navigating volatile market conditions and driving customer retention, she completed a programme at Lagos Business School on “Strategy to Win and Retain Customers in Troubled Times.” She is a member of the Project Management Institute and the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals, underscoring her commitment to global best practices and continuous professional development.
She currently serves as Director, Research and Business Development at ASEP Logistics, where she drives strategic growth, identifies new market opportunities, and strengthens the company’s competitive positioning.
In addition to her corporate leadership, she is a co-founder of a payment solutions service provider that enables seamless digital transaction collection and monitoring for MSMEs.
